Main Product Information
Hot Rolled Coils are made by continuous rolling of steel at high temperature, generally over
1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The process involves passing metal sheets, produced from billets,
through rollers above the metal's (steel) recrystallization
temperature.
Carbon steel coil is mainly used for manufacturing complex shape,
high mechanical performance requirements, but in the process and it
is difficult to use forging and pressing methods to form the more
important mechanical parts, such as automobile gearbox housing,
locomotive and vehicle couplings and so on.
